You should! It is an advanced pose so we recommend warming up to it by practicing Bridge Pose, Wheel Pose and shoulder openers first :) Ask your favorite teacher for more ideas on how to successfully work up to Mandalasana 🙏

Does anyone know how to still get an E-Qua hot yoga towel or anything as good? They just continue the full-length towel and I have never found anything as thick. And they are also the best towels for drying cars!
